I am getting a 6x2x2 tank made for my outdoor undercover area. A wooden or steel stand cannot be used as this area gets hosed out.

So Besser Blocks it is....

I started building it today....still needing around 15 blocks to complete, but as it is so far

This is going to be an interesting one!

What are you going to put in it?

Native fish from the local rivers (rainbows, blue eyes etc)

The tank will be planted, and i'll be using DIY substrate, specially with the footprint of this tank, more money kept in my pocket is a good thing lol

Looking forward to seeing how this progresses.
I have a 6x2x2 tank sitting under my dining table until we get the floor re-enforced as they get really heavy when filled, I wish we had the temperatures to make putting it outside an option lol.

Oh it can get cold here (0 and below), this is why I am stocking it with native local fish, they should be able to cope with an unheated outdoor tank temp

* i will be painting the visible foam that the tank is sitting on black. I also need to setup the bulkheads in the sump, decide what pump to use and organize hoses etc
