Please identify this fish?

I got this in my local shop for £1.50 it looked nice, but forgot what its called.
it seems quite shy and not agressive
At first glance it looks like a cichlid but dont think it is (and it did not say that on the tank)
what variety of fish is it and can you tell its sex?

Its a gold gourami, this is a colour morph of the three spot gourami and they can be aggressive once they decide the new tank is home and get to a decent size so keep an eye on it. Don't add another as they will fight.

they are feelers, they use them to touch other fish, gauge the size of tunnels etc.
It looks like a female but its quite hard to tell from your video, I would need a clear picture of the fins. But if it is still a juvenile it is hard to tell and could prove to be a male.
